Do not use soap, because your body is clean enough to soak in the tub containing a mixture of oil and water. After the bath, Dry your body with a towel, by repeatedly and gently massaged your skin so that the bath oil that remains in the skin is still sufficient to prevent loss of moisture of your skin caused your dry skin rash more worst.

Each lubricant is best applied to the skin after skin first wetted with water so that water will be trapped underneath. This will keep moisture from your skin.
